3. Interviews are set-up with 2 or 3 candidates
   
4. Appointments are made on a part-time or full-time basis (this process can take from a few days to a few weeks)
   
5. Simple terms and conditions are put in place.  We invoice you and pay the Interim Manager
   
6. We monitor the assignment and maintain dialogue with both the client and the Interim Manager
