John Bloor has had over 30 years experience in banking and professional services,
and has helped a wide variety of businesses navigate their way through periods of
dramatic change. He has acted in the capacity of lender, debt arranger and adviser,
and for the last nine years has focused on the supply of interim executives to support
companies in transition.
Prior to joining Vantis, John was responsible for the Business Transformation and
Finance practices at interim provider, Alium Partners, whom he joined from the US
restructuring house, FTI Palladium Partners, in 2007. Before FTI, he spent
a number of years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he developed the firm’s Turnaround
Panel. This followed a long career at Barclays Bank, where John had a succession
of senior management roles, followed by an appointment as a Director for the bank’s
West Midlands region, the largest outside of London.

Susan joined Vantis after a career in the hospitality and leisure industry, culminating
in running her own corporate events company and a series of restaurants. Susan also
spent time in senior store management and operational head office roles in the retail
sector.
As Head of Vantis Interim Management & Placement Services, Susan has developed
a network of highly skilled interim executives, capable of working either as part
of a major restructuring project, or as an individual in the SME market on a range
of initiatives in both stressed and distressed roles. The database is expanding
through the addition of new, carefully vetted, executives, all of whom have strong
track records and offer a high degree of flexibility. Susan identifies suitably
qualified and experienced interim executives who have completed many assignments
across the UK and in Europe, working for finance houses, banks and corporates.
Adrian
Doble

Adrian Doble established both Vantis’ Restructuring Services and Interim Management
& Placement Services divisions in February 2002.
He represents companies, investors and banks, helping them to create liquidity,
restructure their debt, and devise and implement their turnaround plans. He will
take responsibility alongside the CEO and board for the restructuring element –
something that directors should take great comfort from in troubled times.
Adrian was made a Fellow of the Institute for Turnaround as a result of his services
to company-side restructurings. He is also a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of
Bankers. Having worked on turnaround projects in the UK and Europe for 16
years, Adrian’s experience of the relationship between operations, finance and investors
is an area that many companies benefit from.
